Where to ask

Acknowledged means a person has read your ticket and replied. It does not mean the problem is fixed within 24 hours. The 24 hours count from when the ticket opens, weekends included.

What to include

A report with these gets an answer in the first reply instead of three questions:

• the script or plugin and its version;
• on FiveM, your framework and its version;
• your server version: the FiveM artifact, or your Minecraft server software and version;
• for a Minecraft plugin, the output of its info command, for example /deathrecap info;
• what you expected, and what happened instead;
• the console output, pasted as text rather than a screenshot;
• the steps that make it happen again.

Keys, downloads and orders

• FiveM scripts from this store are granted to your Cfx.re account by Tebex. Download them from the Cfx.re portal (opens in a new tab) under granted assets.
• Pro is managed in the portal (opens in a new tab): your coupon and your Cfx.re account.
• Pro and paid Minecraft plugins run with a licence key on one server at a time. To move a key to another server, stop the old one first. If the old server crashed and the new one won't start, ask in #questions.
• Payments for scripts bought here are handled by Tebex Limited, who also handles billing questions and refunds. Pro is billed by Discord.
